Varsity Logistics customers have spoken. After 
completing our annual survey, customers were given the opportunity to select a not-for-profit charity. Varsity is making a donation to each of the five charities selected by our customers.
The choices offered included the two most popular charities from a similar incentive offered a few years ago, plus three not-for-profit organizations that are playing an important role in helping people deal with racial injustice and/or the COVID pandemic.
The organizations supported by our customer-directed donations this year are:
American Cancer Society. Their mission is to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer.
The Centers for Disease Control’s Foundation. An independent nonprofit created by Congress to support the CDC’s critical health protection work.
NAACP. Working to eliminate race-based discrimination by securing political, educational, social, and economic equality.
Nature Conservancy. The leading global conservation organization working to protect ecologically important lands and waters for nature and people.
World Central Kitchen. Emergency food relief and other programs using food to empower communities and strengthen economies worldwide.
The pie chart (graphic) shows how customers directed our donations to charity this year, with the American Cancer Society and Nature Conservancy still getting the largest number of donations. Customers were split equally on the charities that were offered this year for the first time.
We are thankful to our customers for completing our survey and directing these charitable donations. In addition, we are thankful for the very positive reviews and great suggestions in our annual survey about working with Varsity and using our software.
